Coordinated Review Programs
Applications for Registration by Coordination that are subject to the various NASAA Statements of Policy for Corporate Equity or Direct Participation Program (DPP) securities are eligible to participate in a coordinated review among all the states where registration is desired by the issuer.

Coordinated Equity Review
(CR-Equity)
The CR-Equity program is administered by Corporation Finance staff at the Pennsylvania Securities Commission (PSC). For further explanations of review protocol and forms visit CR-Equity, which is maintained by the PSC for various types of coordinated reviews among state securities agencies.

Coordinated Direct Participation Program Review  (CR-DPP)
The CR-DPP program is similar to the CR-Equity and CR-SCOR programs and additional information is available at www.coordinatedreview.org. The CR-DPP site is maintained by the PSC; however, the CR-DPP program and review process are administered by Corporation Finance staff at the Texas State Securities Board.
